Welcome Home Senior Living is owned by Registered Nurse Kellie Davies and consists of two Adult Family Homes in beautiful Omak, WA. We are home to seniors and retired residents who place a high value on their independence, friendships, healthy lifestyle, and medical care. Our mission is to enrich the aging experience by providing opportunities for active, engaged, and purposeful living. This benefits not just our residents, but also their families, our staff, and the greater community. We achieve our mission by investing in our highly trained staff to develop a supportive workplace because they in turn, better serve our residents.

Adult Family Homes
Residential homes licensed to care for up to eight unrelated residents. They provide room, board, laundry, supervision, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, and social services. RCW 70.128.010.
Continuing Care Model- Residents and their families can have peace of mind throughout the aging process knowing the resident will not need to relocate with changes of health status. Our care team is equipped to serve our residents through the end of life.
Affordability- Residents receive greater personalized care at 30% less cost than skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities.
Welcome Home Difference
Welcome Home Senior Living is owned by Registered Nurse Kellie Davies and operates with a total of 6 residents
at both locations. This allows our staff to provide greater quality of care and quantity of care when necessary.
Having a lower caregiver to resident ratio promotes independence and increases resident safety. Each of
our residents have their own private room equipped with a personal half bath, providing a greater sense of
privacy. Our residents and caregivers interact and build friendships through games, activities,
celebrations, and we also have ample room to enjoy a quiet moment or nature when that is preferred.

Residents are served delicious home cooked meals from a seasonal menu. Both locations offer residents
